Yannick Daoudene


Yannick Daoudene received his master’s degree in 2006 and his doctorate in 2011 in geology from the Université de Rennes 1, France. Starting in the summer of 2012, he conducted a postdoctoral study at UQÀM on the nature of the contact between the Archean Abitibi and Opatica subprovinces in the Chapais region. Since 2015, Yannick is co-responsible for mapping projects at Géologie Québec. He has mainly worked in archaeological domains in the James Bay region, more specifically in the Nemiscau and Chapais-Chibougamau regions, but also in the Grenville, especially south of Lake Saint-Jean.
