Patrick Laflamme

Following doctoral training, Patrick Laflamme joined Corem’s non-ferrous flotation group in 2011 as part of a postdoctoral fellowship in collaboration with Professor Faïçal Larachi of Université Laval. In 2013, Laflamme joined Corem as a researcher in the flotation group. In 2020, he joined the hydrometallurgy group, where he became co-leader of the CSM division. In addition to his research work on the purification of CSMs, he is involved in the development of flotation processes for the ferrous sector, physical separation processes for CSMs, hydrometallurgy for lithium and gold recovery, and chemical purification of graphite.
