Emmanuel Caron-Côté


Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in earth and atmospheric sciences from UQÀM and a bachelor’s degree in physical geography from the Université de Montréal (UdeM). He completed a master’s degree in mineral resources geology at the International University of Andalusia (UNIA), in Huelva, Spain, where he studied the South-Iberian pyritic Belt. He then worked for 2 years as a geologist trainee for the consulting firms of Geologica and IOS, where he had the opportunity to work on several exploration projects and deposits such as Lamaque-sud, in Val-d’or, and Niobec, in the Saguenay region. Since 2016, he has been working at Géologie Québec as a mapping geologist in the Opatica, La Grande, Nemiscau and Labrador Trough subprovinces.
