Benoit Lafrance
CONSOREM
Benoit Lafrance is Director of the CONSOREM and Associate Professor at UQAC. In addition to being a CONSOREM researcher, he has held positions of geologist with Géologie Québec and geologist and vice-president of exploration for junior mineral exploration companies in Québec. He is a specialist in the metallogeny of the Abitibi region, volcanogenic massive sulphides and critical and strategic minerals. Benoit is also Director of the Table régionale de concertation minière du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and President of the CIM Saguenay Branch.
